This week's tunes make up for what I call a "MIXUP" cardio workout: music that will force you to slow down then give it all you got. This one's not about high-intensity from start to finish but instead allows for sporadical bursts of energy. The benefits? You can bring down the resistance on your cardio machine during slow moments and crank it up when the beat explodes to increase and improve your VO2 Max (maximum consumption level during incremental exercise).
