I'd marked this playlist as a favorite about a year ago, and now I'm re-watching Death Note (first time since 2007) so I came to re-listen to this just before the appearance of Matt. It seems a cheap comment to say "this playlist has given me the feels" but I'm at a bit of a loss to describe how it's put me in just the right mood to remember things I loved about the show first time 'round and to be re-acquainted with them. This playlist is just so well-crafted. And that last song has given me chills.
