The thing you have to understand about Sirius Black is that he had the type of look that positively screams 'rebel'. With long black hair, stormy blue eyes and aristocratic good looks, he pulled of the James Dean persona flawlessly. He was reckless, with the kind of devil-may-care attitude and disregard for the rules that positively screams 'rebel'.
