Havsrå, the female guardians of the Scandinavian waters. With their haunting song, they do not bewitch sailors out of spite or sport. Rather, they watch upon their weathered rocks with only their song to keep them company: a mournful, lonely lament of lost lovers and looming storms, meant to warn those who hear them.
