MadfaMusic is the brainchild of Lex Cran, a self-confessed music obsessive. In the 1990s and early noughties, Lex worked in Melbourne’s independent music scene, as a cd reviewer, an artist manager, a venue booker (for the Punters Club, the Corner Hotel and the Public Bar), a publicist and a gig guide producer and broadcaster on 3RRR FM.
After more than 10 years away from the music industry, Lex has now created the MadfaMusic website as an outlet for her obsession with alternative music and to create an online space for other music lovers to share their passion.
