This ride will challenge your muscular endurance. Begin with a 2 song warm up. Pedal flat for 2 more songs, driving up your heart rate to about 75%. For this mix you can simply pedal to the beat and adjust your resistance as the terrain changes. Try to keep your heart rate between 75%-85% the whole ride.
