Bruce Banner is infected with the virus, but his gamma irradiated blood neutralized it before he realized he was even sick. Unaware that he even carries a neutralized strain of the virus, the doctor works tirelessly towards a cure. He’s barricaded himself in an underground lab in the rural inland of South Africa, running while under the impression that SHIELD was the one that released the virus. From his lab, he broadcasts his work and progress through the radio, in hopes that there are others out there listening. He also hopes that someone from his dispersed team is listening, and leaves hints in code of his whereabouts.
