I have always wondered what my best friend from Elementary School (Karl) would make of the Seattle Filipino Hip Hop scene. Then I heard the song "Roaches" by the Houston band Zydeco Force. The voice at the beginning of the song total reminds me of the way Karl talked. That was plenty of inspiration for this compilation.
