I mostly wanted to focus on how Sherlock's demeanour has changed after the Fall, I think he's grown a little compassionate, just a tad, and how he will probably view the world; it's scary but he knows that he can't be selfish anymore- he knows that nothing will ever be the same but he can't let go of who he is.
