A mix for my fave OC, Andrew NiKlaus Elijah: a runaway vault dweller from San Francisco, an eternally wandering soul whose extensive memories of a decade of aimless travel were stolen from him, and a human atom bomb who stopped the oppression of two entire armies and a megalomaniac from falling on the people of New Vegas.
Oh, and he's a dorky piece of work who's crushing hard on a certain Follower of the Apocalypse in Freeside.
