The playlist mainly focuses on the theme of change and resolving. While featuring some of 2013's favorite releases (Save Rock and Roll, Because the Internet, Spreading Rumours, Modern Vampires of the City, etc.) the playlist balances these fresh releases with some indie classics. And what would the New Year be without a little retrospective? I've included a little taste of nostalgia in the playlist. Some have a bit of a groovy, retro feel, but with a futuristic undertone.
