abuse of power comes as no surprise

(okay, i know he's generic erin villain #113 but i really like darktail and i really want him to be a standout villain that has some other motivation besides "HAHA POWEr". like the guy has already gotten leagues more evil progress than scourge and he's just kinda more conniving too. idk erins give me more darktail and his dark-circles-under-eyes-cat-version self pls.)
