I've been doing a huge project in my English class and I chose the topic of "the effects of an ideal body image in society." And it really opened my eyes to the true detrimental effects of believing there is only one beautiful body type. Girls, remember that you are beautiful and your bodies are beautiful too! It doesn't matter what society says, you are beautiful just the way you are.
