What it says on the lid: if the only help you get to tell them from Jack Skellington is the nose occasionally poking out from beneath that dishevelled mop, they belong on this list. (Well okay, I also filtered for quality and mostly included their older hits.)

Be warned, maybe the hair has been tamed since, and wasn't necessarily on the singer's head in the first place!
