Moving on from post Christmas depression, I've been watching a lot of old Saturday Night Live. Especially the 84-85 season when Martin Short, Christopher Guest and Harry Shearer were on. There is a lot of bad, but the gems I've found have been well worth it. The title is from one of my favorite SNL sketches ever, Synchronized Swimming. I'm starting to eat better and exercise, like everyone else, and these are some songs that are helping me to do so.
