By definition: excessive sleepiness.
11:00 in the morning here is what I do:
1. lay in bed comfortably snuggling in the covers.
2. watch the bright sun seep through the window.
3. think to many thoughts to even count.
4. stretch, roll and kick
5. fall back to sleep for another hour.
