Tru Lyrikks is an emcee who has been studying the art for most of his life. He started at around 9 years of age and was influenced by artists such as the Fugees, Skeelo, Big Daddy Kane, Kool Moe Dee, Rakim, Jay-Z and Nas. Tru Lyrikks was also exposed to many other different genres of music from young, which cause him to develop a distinct style and greater love for music. He continues to pursue his dreams of making good music and spreading truthful messages among his listeners.
