Close your eyes and breathe in. Feel the air enter and exit your lungs. There is something beautiful about the simplicity of breathing. It is something so simple and available, yet our bodies rely on it to thrive. Focus on your breathing. Remind yourself that everything you are feeling is temporary. Remember that all of the pain will subside. I promise.
