Use the other obstacle runs as training grounds because at Alpha League Races the course is going to be supreme and extreme. The number of obstacles and distance of the course will be unknown to the athlete. You will know only when you face them. Once you cross the finish line you are instated as an Alpha Athlete and then belong to the League.
