Petros Skapinakis is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens and also holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Wales College of Medicine and a PhD in Psychiatry from the same University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Psychiatry in the University of Ioannina School of Medicine.
