Tough Mudder Interval Mix


Notes

Songs that match the length for the Tough Mudder Boot Camp interval workout. Some of them aren't the best for working out to, but they fit the time for each workout. Is long enough for all 5 circuits, but you can cut it off at any point.

First song is a 5 minute warm up. Then it's 2 min cardio, 1 min resistance, 2 cardio, 1 resistance, 2 cardio, 1 resistance, 1 rest. Repeat.

Each circuit takes 10 minutes.
The final four songs are for the cool down.
