Astrid disappeared fifteen years ago. She was just seventeen; a rebellious, deviant punk. No one knows, what happened to her. And hardly anyone cares.
However, her best friend, Kerstin, who became a really committed detective since then, does. She tries to find the one who's responsible for her friend's tragedy. Slowly discovering the case, which is more than horrible - it's almost evil - Kerstin has to realize some things, which have never crossed her mind before.
Does she really want to know the truth, hidden deep under the snow?

A mix for my novel, my greatest work since I've started writing. I chose some chilly, dark songs to represent a somber, dramatic story which flows forward slowly, like an icy river.
