It feels like someone is shoving their foot into my chest and pushing me so hard that there's no room for me to breathe or for my heart to beat and with every passing second I'm sinking deeper into the dirt. It won't be long now until I'm six feet under and I'm horrified because I spent so long trying to dig myself up again just to land me in the same position.

I feel more alive in my dreams than I do in reality, and whoever told me it would get better can go fuck themselves.
