You seem to enjoy gentle/soft classical, just like me. :D You should look into: Brian Crain, Yiruma, Ludovico Einaudi, John Debney, Johannes Brahms, Helen Jane Long, Hans Zimmer, Frederic Chopin, Dario Marianelli, and Abel Korzeniowski.
