a mix for the two sides of that same coin, the brothers, the king and lionheart, the ones who loved each other so selflessly they would die for each other - and almost have on more than one account. for the kingdom they built together. for the sadness, the pain, the absolute grief that merlin felt when the other half of him was taken from him. it's been over a year and my heart still breaks whenever i think of it.
