I watched Stranger Things about two weeks after it released on Netflix, and I was so pleasantly surprised! One of my favorite aspects of the show has to be the incredible bond between Joyce and Will - their relationship being the foundation on which the story was built. Stranger Things would not have left such a significant impression, I believe, had the Byers family not been portrayed as eloquently as they were. It really sold the whole "Missing Kid" arc.
This playlist explores the emotions a mother experiences when she discovers her child has gone missing. This collection of songs is loosely based on the series of events that follow. These are Joyce's songs, for her son.
