it is no coincidence that every single one of my abusers were vocal christians. i'm tired of being told i'm an abomination, i'm tired of being threatened with the fires of hell, and most of all, i'm tired of the self-righteous attitude that religious folks carry. reading a book doesn't mean you're above basic human decency.
