These songs don't have the same energy, but they make me happy and remind me why versatility in music is so important: it allows you to feel one static emotion in varying genres, such that it feels like you're experiencing an entirely different reality of the same emotion every time you play a new song. Emotions are like cakes. They have layers and can only truly be savoured by tasting every tier.
