Just letting you know, A Feast for Crows (book 4) is extremely slow. I'm on A Dance With Dragons now. A LOT better. Oh and Dany dies. Just kidding. Or am I? Hmmmm... 0_o
Omg, you gave me a heart attack. O.O DON'T DO THIS!!! *sob sob sob* I just finished the first book. Do you think it'll be okay if I skip 2&3 for now and jump to the 4th? The TV series stick pretty close to the books so I don't think I'll miss much, and I really want to know what happens...

And if I were you I wouldn't skip them. Season 3 of the show only covers about the first half of A Storm of Swords, so it wouldn't make sense if you started the 4th book. And even though the show stays true to the book for the most part, there are some important details changed up. Plus, do you really wanna finish up those two books in a couple weeks and have to sit there and wait until next year for the show? I'd rather enjoy as much GoT as I can until then. Still, your choice.
So excited for season 4! Oh, if you're interested, I recommend Spartacus Season 1-3 and the Prequel. It's simply epic. The crass semi-Shakespearean dialogue takes a while to get into, but there are a lot of clever lines and creative cussing (my favourite part personally, haha). And like GOT Spartacus has a lot of memorable characters. :) Ahhhhh I love that series so much, period. XD
