On April 26, 1986, there was a terrible accident.

The radioactive material cesium-137 emitted from the meltdown of reactor core #4 at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Pripyat, USSR (now the Ukraine) was supposed to reach its 30 year half life in 2016--- but on a biological level, the radiation still lingers. There's only another 180 to 320 years before it's gone. Hopefully. And even longer for the rest of it (some estimate about 3000 years!).

For the time being, enjoy this mix. Mournful, industrial, with just a hint of creepiness. Contains both ambient, lo-fi, and video game soundtracks. Instrumental.
