eat something good for you, hell just eat something, try to get some sleep even if you just end up staring at the ceiling, go outside and move in any way you can. it isn't as simple as it seems, you know that, but you are strong. be gentle with yourself, you are fighting the hardest of battles it is never easy but it is always always always worth it.
