no, no. I can understand Italian...mostly. Every shop we stopped at didn't sell cigarettes. They had to be purchased through these machines which needed a national identity card...of course none of us were italian....so we finally found a very nice italian lady who stood there and lets us all use her card to buy smokes ;)
