Exercise…lots going on there; elevated heart rate, induced muscle flexibility & immune system hot wiring to get the body crackling beyond its normal comfort zone. Seems there’s lots of very cool high-tech gizmos available which offer anchorage to benefit ones workout. But what about expanding the definition of exercise & exploring ones “physicality;” meaning the predominance of the physical usually at the expense of the mental, or social…the physical aspect or quality…or the connection of one’s physical & mental being? Could being healthier & fitter also incorporate nurturing the body? Perhaps the jacuzzi or sauna after a cool shower invites the bliss of ecstasy...ok bubble bath!
