Agent Townsend wore a grey, long-sleeved sweater – note: seemed reluctant to roll up sleeves, refused blood testing – a black hoodie, jeans (one belt), and sneakers. He observed that his uniform has begun to hang and scheduled for a refitting. Agent Townsend also complained that his gas mask does not seem secure. Surveillance taken of Agent Townsend when he was alone in the examination room revealed him tampering with his own mask. Corrected audio of the video feed revealed Agent Townsend muttering about “having to breathe her in."
