Frim fram sauce ought to be enjoyed over a long-stemmed glass filled to the brim with Pinot. And with risotto drizzled lightly with a 12-year aged balsamic vinegar reduction and sprinkled with finely grated smoked gouda. Sweet mix per usual, sir.
