This is part two of a series of playlists centered around the five stages of grief. Each of the characters of Madoka Magica represent one of the stages of grief through their actions, personality, and their response to grief. Kyoko represents rage, because of how she allows her sorrow over the death of her family to consume her, and she becomes a more selfish person. She abandons her moral principles, and only battles witches, letting familiars feed on weak humans. She adapts a more cynical world view, and becomes bitter and disillusioned with her existence. She finally changes for the better when she meets Sayaka, she dies shortly after she realizes the error of her ways. She sacrifices herself, repenting the mistakes she made throughout her life.
