thank you, glad you like it! yeah, the black keys are my absolute favorite band -- i even have a black keys tattoo (dorky but true haha). saw them in concert a couple nights ago and they were AMAZING. coulda watched them for days on end.

really great mix, thank you so much....got into Black Keys through a friend in the past couple of years and they are never leaving my mp3 player ever....and Blakroc is my most favourite collaborative album in the world!

hi sophrina very nice mix this one too ;-) , I just noticed the black keys the other day when I watched them at the David Lettermanshow they did Tighten Up, they have a sold out concert in Holland this month, best wishes

glad you like it, dim mak! i think i'm showing my rabid fan side with this, but i'm so pumped for their new album coming out! heard snippets of all the tracks on some site, and it sounds a-fuckin-mazing. they do that new-yet-completely-retro sound so well.

hey, can't wait to check this out. sadly, the keys are playing here soon in very expensive venue with a totally crap soundsystem. so I'll wait for another tour.... in the meantime, bring on the mix!

1) the black keys covered this (titled "do the rump") on the big come up, and additionally released an album that was all junior kimbrough covers

2) one of my favorites

3) from auerbach's solo album, keep it hid

4) from patrick carney's side project, drummer

5) collaboration album between the black keys and many hip hop/r&b artists.

6) track from the upcoming album, brothers, which will be released on may 18th.

7) opened for the black keys when i saw them in baltimore.

8) dan auerbach produced this album and plays the guitar on this track.

in summation, i love ze black keys.
